Join us on Sunday, February 16, 2020 at 1:00 pm for our Children’s Workshop where participants will create their own Winter Garden with dried plant material. All supplies provided (decorated biodegradable container, dried material, & hand made ornaments (bird, lady bug, and rabbit).
Guest Speaker: Dr. Jeremy McNeil (UWO Biology Prof.) will speak about the importance of winter dried material to insects!
Gardeners are now being asked to NOT clean up their gardens in the fall. This workshop will tell you why and how winter’s dried material benefits wildlife and insects. You will come away with a new appreciation of nature.

$12 Per Child – Pre-Registration required (Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please no more than one child per adult).
Minimum Age: 5 + yrs. old and those who are young at heart. Adults may also make a garden arrangement.
